逍遥颗粒合氟西汀治疗心境恶劣30例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察逍遥颗粒合氟西汀治疗心境恶劣(肝郁证)的临床效果。方法选取确诊为心境恶劣(肝郁证)的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予逍遥颗粒合氟西汀口服,对照组单纯予氟西汀口服,观察治疗前后中医证候积分、中医单一症状、Zung氏抑郁量表(SDS)评分的变化,观察时间为6周。结果治疗组患者情志抑郁、胸胁胀闷等症状明显改善,疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);逍遥颗粒联用氟西汀与单纯服用氟西汀比较,中医证候积分、SDS评分明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)、SDS评分疗效总有效率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论逍遥颗粒合氟西汀能明显降低心境恶劣(肝郁证)的抑郁程度,提高治疗效果,改善中医证候病情。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyao Granule combined with Fluovetine for dysthymia (liver depression pattern).Methods Totally 60 cases of dysthymia (liver depression pattern) were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Fluovetine was given to patients in control group,while Xiaoyao Granule was added in treatment group.Scores of Chinese medicine pattern,single symptom and Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were observed after 6 weeks' treatment.Results The effective rate in relieving depression and chest distress of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Score of Chinese medicine pattern and SDS decreased significantly in treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoyao Granule combined with Fluovetine can relieve depression (liver depression pattern) and improve therapeutic effect significantly.
