1996～2005年北京地区高血压病中医证候分析

目的探讨高血压病的中医证候规律。方法采用频数统计方法,对1996～2005年北京地区中医药治疗高血压病的临床研究文献资料从证候分布和证候组成的症状特点两个方面进行分析。结果从病例频次统计,证候依次是肝阳上亢证、痰浊上扰证、瘀阻脑络证、肝郁气滞证、肝肾阴虚证等;从证候频次统计,证候依次是肝阳上亢证、痰浊上扰证、肝肾阴虚证、肝火炽盛证、阴阳两虚证等。症状频次依次是头晕、头痛、耳鸣耳聋、失眠、心悸等,以红舌、暗舌、淡舌、腻苔、白苔、黄苔及弦、细、滑、数脉为常见。结论结合证素,高血压病常见证候分布以阴虚证、阳亢证、痰湿证、血瘀证等为主;症状以头颈部症状为主,其次为精神症状。

Chinese Medical Pattern Analysis of Hypertension in Beijing from 1996 to 2005

Objective To study Chinese medical pattern regularity of hypertension. Methods Frequency statistic method was used to analyze articles on clinical study of Chinese medicine for hypertension in Beijing from 1996 to 2005, aiming at pattern distribution and symptomatic characteristics. Results The pattern sequence related to case frequency was: ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang, phlegm turbidity harassing the upper body, stasis obstructing the network vessels of the brain, liver depression qi stagnation and liver-kidney yin defficiency; the sequence related to pattern frequency was: ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang, phlegm turbidity harassing the upper body, liver-kidney yin defficiency, intense liver fire and dual deficiency of yin-yang. The symptom sequence was: dizziness, headache, tinnitus, deafness, insomnia and palpitation. Common tongue was red, dark or pale with a slimy, white or yellow fur, while pulse was stringlike, fine, slippery or rapid. Conclusion Common patterns of hypertension are yin deficiency, yang hyperactivity, phlegm-damp and blood stasis. Cephalic and cervical symptoms are cardinal, then mental.
