中药治疗男性免疫性不育100例临床观察

目的:观察中药益抗汤治疗男性免疫性不育的疗效.方法:以中药益抗汤治疗男性免疫性不育100例,并与强的松组100例作对照,治疗前后分别作精液分析、血清或精浆抗精子抗体(AsAb)、支原体检测和培养、前列腺常规和体检.结果:(1)两组治疗后均可明显降低血清和精浆AsAb的水平(P＜0.01),但中药益抗汤组更显著.(2)治疗后两组患者的精子密度、活动率均有所提高(P＜0.01),但中药益抗汤组更显著,且妻子妊娠率也显著高于强的松组(P＜0.01).(3)治疗后两组精子凝集率均显著降低,其中益抗汤组更显著.(4)益抗汤组症状改善率及停药后疗效稳定性较强的松组更佳(P＜0.01).结论:中药益抗汤治疗男性免疫性不育疗效优于西药强的松组.

Clinical Observation on 100 Cases of Male Immune Infertility Treated by Chinese Drugs

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Chinese drugs Yikang Decoction on male immune infertility.Methods:100 cases of male immune infertility were treated with Yikang Decoction(treatment group)and other 100 cases with prednisone as controls. Analysis of seminal fluid,detection of anti-sperm antihody(AsAb)and mycoplasma in serum and seminal plasma,and culture of mycoplasma,routine examination of prostate gland and physical examination were carried out.Results:(1)After treatment,AsAb level in serum and seminal plasma increased significantly in the two groups(P<0.01),with more significant increase in the treatment group.(2)After treatment,the sperm density and percentage of motile spermatozoa increased significantly(P<0.01)in the two groups,with more increase in the treatment group.The pregnancy rate of their wives in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the sperm agglutination rate in the two groups decreased significantly,with more significant decrease in the treatment group.(4)The improving rate of symptoms and the stability of therapeutic effect after ceasing of drugs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Yikang Decoction on male immune infertility is better than that of prednisone,with stable therapeutic effect.
