管灸加针刺治疗疱疹病毒性面神经炎78例临床研究

目的：评价管灸加针刺治疗疱疹病毒性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：3个中心共160例患者人组，157例完成研究。病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均进行基础针刺治疗，在此基础上，治疗组和对照组分别给予管灸治疗和悬灸治疗。观察周期为8周，采用面部残疾指数和面神经功能分级评定疗效。结果；治疗组总有效率91．03％，对照组总有效率72．15％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组总体疗效和性别、年龄无明显相关性，但和人组病情轻重有明显相关性（P〈0．01）。结论：对于疱疹病毒性面神经炎，管灸加针刺的疗效优于悬灸加针刺的疗效。

Clinical Study on Treatment of 78 Cases of Herpes Viral Facial Neuritis by Tube Moxibustion plus Acupuncture

Objective:To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of Tube moxibustion plus acupuncture on herpes viral facial neuritis.Methods:One hundred and sixty cases were enrolled in 3 centers.Among them,157 cases completed the study and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.All patients were treated with basic acupuncture therapy,and the treatment group were added with Tube moxibustion and the control group were added with suspended moxibustion.They were treated for 8 weeks and therapeutic effects were evaluated with facial disability index and House-Brackmann scale.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.03% in the treatment group and 72.15% in the control group,the treatment group being significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total therapeutic effect was not related with sex and age,but it was significantly related with the state of illness before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Tube moxibustion plus acupuncture is better than that of suspended moxibustion plus acupuncture for herpes viral facial neuritis.
