| 摘 要： | 目的 分析糖调节受损(IGR)患者中医临床证候分布特点. 方法 对159例IGR门诊患者的中医证候分布情况与年龄、性别、体重指数、腰臀比、血脂、血糖、胰岛素等数据进行回顾性分析. 结果 159例IGR患者中,气虚血瘀型最多,共40例占25.2%,其次为气虚型、气虚痰湿型和血瘀型.4个主要证型患者年龄和性别构成差异无统计学意义,在体重指数、腰臀比、血脂以及胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能指标上存在差异.气虚痰湿证型组60分钟和120分钟时血糖值显著高于其他3组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 IGR患者的中医证候中以气虚或兼气虚证最为多见,各主要证型中以气虚痰湿型患者的胰岛素抵抗程度最重.
