| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者舌象特点。方法观察组选择未做相关治疗的胃癌患者114例,对照组分别选择健康体检者80例和胃溃疡患者75例、萎缩性胃炎患者32例、单纯型浅表性胃炎患者122例。按照中医传统的望诊方法观察舌象,并应用数码相机拍摄、制成ICC文件,记录观察结果并进行统计学分析。结果胃癌组红、绛舌发生率为49.12%,与健康组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与胃部良性疾病对照组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃癌组青紫舌、胖大舌发生率分别为21.93%、22.80%,与其他各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组淡白舌发生率为23.68%,与萎缩性胃炎组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与其他各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组舌苔以腻苔为主,主要是白腻苔和白厚腻苔,发生率分别为21.93%、26.32%,前者与健康组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与其他各组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胃癌组舌面外周部少苔或无苔发生率40.35%,与其他各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者易发生青紫舌、淡白舌、胖大舌,舌苔以白腻、白厚腻苔为主,舌面外周部少苔或无苔,对胃癌的诊断、治疗也有很大意义。
