理筋手法联合颈椎关节调整手法治疗颈椎病30例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察理筋手法联合颈椎关节调整手法对颈椎病颈部肌群疲劳程度的影响。方法将60例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组进行理筋手法和颈椎关节调整手法治疗,隔天1次,每周3次,疗程2周;对照组进行牵引治疗,每天1次,每周5次,疗程2周。治疗前后应用TeleMyo 2400T表面肌电图仪分别测试两组患者颈伸肌群疲劳程度,指标包括积分肌电(IEMG)、平均功率频率(MPF)、中位频率(MF)。结果治疗后两组患者颈部右侧肌群IEMG、MPF、MF及治疗组左侧肌群IEMG均较本组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组颈部、左侧、右侧肌群IEMG、MPF、MF均较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论理筋手法联合颈椎关节调整手法可以增加颈椎病患者颈伸肌群运动神经元募集数量和运动单位放电频率,从而缓解颈椎病患者颈部肌群的疲劳程度。
