| 摘 要： | 目的 研究颈椎远部、近部、远近结合3种配穴方法 针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效.方法 采用随机对照试验方法 ,将符合纳入标准的患者分为远部配穴组、近部配穴组和远近配穴组.各30例.采用临床症状、体征评分和VAS疼痛计分,考察不同配穴方法 对颈型颈椎病的疗效. 结果 3组配穴方法 对各项指标治疗前后的计分改善、综合计分、综合疗效、镇痛改善等4方面均有较好疗效(P＜0.01);但3组治疗后各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 三种配穴方法 对于颈型颈椎病均有很好的疗效;远都配穴和近部配穴尽管取穴数比远近配穴少,但是可以取得与远近配穴一样的疗效. |
