冠心病痰瘀证的微观辨证研究

目的探讨冠心病痰瘀证的微观辨证。方法运用临床流行病学调查方法,观察冠心病患者的中医证型分布,分析冠心病痰瘀辨证与血糖、胰岛素、血脂、血液流变学指标的相关性。结果血脂异常是痰凝心脉证的物质基础,血液流变学指标异常是痰瘀痹阻证的物质基础,胰岛素抵抗存在于冠心病的各证型,且按非痰非瘀证→痰凝心脉证→痰瘀痹阻证的顺序有逐渐加重的趋势。结论冠心病痰瘀证与血脂、血液流变学的异常及胰岛素抵抗密切相关。

Study on the Microcosmic Differentiation of Phlegm-Retention Syndromes of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the microcosmic differentiation of phlegm-retention syndromes of coronary heart disease.-Methods The clinical epidemiological investigation method was applied to observe the TCM syndrome distribution of coronary heart disease and to analyze the relation between the phlegm-retention syndrome of coronary heart disease and the blood sugar,insulin,blood fat and hemorheology indices.Results The abnormal blood fat was proved to be the material base of the syndrome of phlegm-retention in heart vessels;the abnormal hemorheological index was proved to be the material base of the syndrome of phlegm-retention obstruction.The insulin resistance existed in all syndromes of coronary heart disease,and the gradual aggravation tendency was from no phlegm-retention to phlegm-retention in heart vessels and to phlegm-retention obstruction.-Conclusion The phlegm-retention syndromes of coronary heart disease are closely related to the abnormal blood fat and hemorheology and the insulin resistance.
