| 摘 要： | 观察组30例予中药胃平冲剂加黄连素,对照组30例予得乐冲剂加痢特灵。全部患者为5～14岁,胃粘膜尿素酶阳性,病理变化为浅表性胃炎或消化性溃疡。服药3个月,两组临床症状疗效、总疗效、病变疗效、胃粘膜尿素酶检测,两组基本一致(P均>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Thirty cases were treated with Weiping Mixture plus berberine for observation. Another 30 cases were treated with Dele Infusion plus berberine. All cases wefe 5 -14 years of age with positive tests of urease of gastric raucosa, and with pathological changes of peptic ulceror superficial gastritis. After 3 months of treatmment, the efficacy on clinical symptoms total effectiveness, effect on lesions, test ongastric mucosal urease were basically the same in both groups, (all P >0. 05) |
