| 摘 要： | 将46例血管性痴呆(VD)患者配对随机分为电针组和对照组(针刺组)。观察治疗前后HDS、FAQ、CCSE的评分值,SOD、LPO、GSH—Px、血脂和NO等含量以及EEG、TCD等的变化。结果治疗后电针组有效率为52.2％,总有效率为87.0％,显著高于对照组的13.0％和47.8％(P<0.01);上述各项指标均有显著性变化(P<0.05～0.01),而对照组变化不明显(P>0.05)。提示电针治疗VD近期疗效优于对照组,对VD的近期智能康复有显著作用。

| Abstract: | Forty - six cases of VD were equally and randomly divided into 2 groups, the electric - acupuncture group (EA) and acupuncture group (A). Changes in scoring value of HDS, FAQ. CCSE; contents of SOD. LPO. GSH -Px. bloodlipids and NO and changes in EEG. TCD were observed before and after treatment. The effective rate, total ameliorated and effective rates were 52. 2%, 87. 0% respectively in the AE group; higher than those in the Agroup of 13. 0%. 47. 8% respectively (P < 0. 01). All the above indices were markedly significant (P < 0. 05 - 0. 01). but not significant in the control group (P>0. 05), indicating that EA treatment is superior to regular acupuncture treatment for VD and exerts marked convalescent actions on patients mental ability. |
