| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺疗法对化疗药物紫杉醇、奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性及消化道不良反应的防治效果.方法 将40例肿瘤患者随机分为针刺组和对照组各20例,两组均采用化疗方案及常规治疗,治疗组自化疗当日起取手足十二针穴位进行针刺治疗,每日1次,连续治疗2周.1个化疗周期后采用美国国立癌症研究院药物毒副作用评价标准(NCI标准)评价两组患者周围神经毒性、消化道不良反应的发生率及评分.结果 周围神经毒性发生率两组均为60％,两组周围神经毒性发生率及评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).消化道不良反应发生率治疗组为70％,对照组为85％,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组消化道不良反应评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组低于对照组.结论 针刺可以减轻化疗药物所致消化道不良反应的严重程度,对周围神经毒性的影响尚需要大样本的研究.
