| 摘 要： | 目的 通过贝叶斯网络分析方法 分析抑郁症中医证候的分型.方法 制订<抑郁症中医证候观察表>,观察611例患者的横断面证候,运用贝叶斯网络模型进行数据研究,并结合前期聚类分析研究结果 ,得出中医证型及诊断标准.结果 拟定出抑郁症的6个中医证型:肾虚肝郁证、肝郁脾虚证、心脾两虚证、肝胆湿热证、心胆气虚证.结论 基于贝叶斯网络研究的中医证型具有一定客观性、科学性,较符合中医理论. |
