爱罗咳喘宁口服液对支气管哮喘患者白细胞介素2及白细胞介素13的影响

目的评价爱罗咳喘宁口服液对支气管哮喘患者血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)的影响。方法选取属痰湿阻肺证的支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别用爱罗咳喘宁口服液与消咳喘糖浆治疗,观察两组临床疗效与血清IL-2及IL-13的变化。结果治疗组的痊愈率、总有效率显著高于对照组,IL-2水平显著低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),两组IL-13水平差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论爱罗咳喘宁口服液对支气管哮喘有较好的临床疗效,其作用机理可能与降低IL-2水平,抑制哮喘炎症发生时T淋巴细胞免疫有关。

Effect of Ailuo Kechuanning Oral Liquid on Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-13 in Bronchial Asthma Patients

Objective To study the effect of Ailuo Kechuanning Oral Liquid on interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) in bronchial asthma (BA) patients.Methods BA patients with phlegm-damp obstructing the lung pattern were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Ailuo Kechuanning Oral Liquid was used in treatment group and Xiaokechuan Syrup in control group. The therapeutic effect and change of IL-2 and IL-13 of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The recovery and total effective rates of treatment group were superior to those of control group (P<0.05). The level of IL-2 in treatment group decreased significantly as compared with control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in IL-13 between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Ailuo Kechuanning Oral Liquid is effective for BA and the effect may be relevant to decreasing the level of IL-2 and inhibiting T lymphocyte immunity.
