| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大黄建中汤治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法：将120例患者按中医临床辨证分为脾胃虚寒、肝郁气滞、胃阴不足、湿热积滞4型，治疗4周，其中80例应用大黄建中汤者为治疗组，并设40例应用吗丁啉治疗者为对照组。结果t治疗组和对照组临床症状总有效率分别为90％和72．5％，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：大黄建中汤治疗FD疗效显著，适宜于各证型的治疗，且无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:120 cases of FD were divided into four syndrome types:deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach,stagnation of the liver-qi,insufficiency of stomach-yin and accumulation of damp-heat,and they were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment group(n=80) were treated with Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction,and the control group(n=40) with Motilium.Results:The total effective rate for the clinical symptoms was 90% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on FD,and it is proper for various syndrome types with no adverse effect. |
