多发性肌炎和皮肌炎中医证候分布规律探讨

目的了解多发性肌炎（PM）和皮肌炎（DM）的中医证候分布特点。方法对80例患者分期分型，同时进行中医辨证。结果单证的发生率：气虚证60．0%、阴虚证56．3％、血瘀证63．8％、痰湿证75．0%和火热证86．3％；证候组合形式以三证最多，证候组合形态最常见的为痰热瘀证；活动期血瘀证高于稳定期，而气虚证和阴虚证则低于稳定期；重型组阴虚证明显高于轻型组。．结论本病基本证候为火热证、痰湿证、血瘀证、气虚证、阴虚证，且与病情分期分型有一定相关性，辨证时多为复合证。

Chinese Medical Pattern Distribution of Polymyositis and Dermatomyositis

Objective To study Chinese medical pattern distribution of polymyositis(PM)and dermatomyositis(DM).Methods Staging,typing and pattern identification were done to 80 patients.Results The incidence rates of qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm-damp and fire-heat patterns were 60.0%,56.3%,63.8%,75.0% and 86.3% respectively.Three-pattern combination was common in form especially phlegm-heat-stasis pattern.The incidence rate of blood stasis pattern at active stage was higher than that at stable stage.The incidence rates of qi deficiency pattern and yin deficiency pattern at active stage were lower than those at stable stage.The incidence rate of yin deficiency in serious cases was higher than that in slight ones.Conclusion Combination patterns are common in PM and DM such as fire-heat,phlegm-damp,blood stasis,qi deficiency and yin deficiency,and has certain relevance to stage and type.
