| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对经中药治疗10年以上病例的总结,探索中药治疗艾滋病的远期疗效.方法:对服用中药汤剂或成药治疗10年以上艾滋病病例的CD4计数、CD8计数、CD4/CD8比值以及体重进行前后对照并作统计学处理.结果:CD4及体重在治疗30个月时显著升高(P＜0.05),CD8及CD4/CD8比值保持稳定.结论:中药可明显改善艾滋病患者的免疫水平,远期疗效显著,应作进一步探索.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore long-term therapeutic effect of TCM on acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS).Methods:CD_4,CD_8, CD_4/CD_8 ratio and body weight before and after treatment in the patients who had been treated decoction or proprietary medicine of TCM for over 10 years were compared.Results:CD_4 and body weight increased significantly after 30 months of treatment(P< 0.05),and CD_8 and CD_4/CD_8 ratio kept stable.Conclusion:Chinese medicine can significantly improve immune level and has a tong-term therapeutic effect on AIDS. |
