| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药异位康冲剂治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的临床疗效及其对血清糖链抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法将100例EMT患者按时间顺序分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组给予异位康冲剂,对照组给予丹那唑口服,两组均以3个月为1个疗程。比较两组临床总有效率和副作用、CA125及VEGF水平的变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率为84%,对照组为86%,治疗组CA125及VEGF含量治疗后与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),但与对照组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异位康冲剂对异位内膜有明显抑制作用,能有效治疗EMT。
