抑郁症中医证候及证候要素分布特点的文献研究

目的：探讨抑郁症中医证候的临床分布规律。并在此基础上进行证候要素的提取。总结其分布规律。方法：通过对近10年抑郁症文献资料的统计分析。遵循循证医学原则。应用EpiData3．0建立数据库。将符合纳入标准的文献进行二次录入核对。运用SPSS12．0软件对证候及证候要素进行频次分析。结果：出现频次前3位的证候是肝气郁结、心脾两虚和肝郁脾虚，出现频次前3位的病位类证候要素为肝、脾、心，出现频次前3位的病机、病性类证候要素是气滞、气虚和阴虚。结论：目前抑郁症中医临床证候类型分布十分分散，临床辨证的个体性差异大。而证候要素对临床辨证的覆盖率较好。能够更好地统一、规范临床辨证。

Literature Study on Distribution Characteristics of TCM Syndromes and Syndrome Essence of Depression

Objective:To probe into distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndrome essence of depression.Methods:The literature about depression in past 10 years were collected.The principle of evidence-based medicine was used to establish the databank with EpiData 3.0,and the literature meeting the enrolled criteria were recorded and ckecked.SPSS 12.0 software was adopted to analyze frequency-times of syndromes and essence of syndromes.Results:The top three syndromes are stagnation of the liver-qi,deficiency of both the heart and spleen,and stagnation of the liver-qi with spleen deficiency; The liver,spleen and heart are the top three locations;And qi-stagnation,qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency are the top three pathogenesis types.Conclusion:At present,distribution of TCM syndrome types of depression is scattered,and clinical syndrome differentiation has great individual differences.Syndrome essence has good covering rate for syndrome differentiation and can unify and standard clinical sysndrome differentiation.
