| 摘 要： | 中医临床指南是中医诊疗技术标准的基本形式,是中医优势和特色的有效载体。指南的制定、评价、应用应该是三位一体的,但我国目前的研究多集中于中医临床指南的研究制定和推广应用。病证结合是中医临床指南的主要特点,其有效质量评价方法的缺失严重影响了指南的质量及其对中医临床实践的指导作用。以慢性胃炎为范例,探索基于层次分析法研究慢性胃炎病证结合中医临床指南质量的评价,为进一步研究中医临床指南质量评价的方法学奠定基础。
