| 摘 要： | 目的观察舒督补肾方治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将165例活动期强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(80例)口服柳氮磺吡啶、醋氯芬酸胶囊,治疗组(85例)在西药基础上加用舒督补肾方,两组均治疗6个月。分别于治疗前后观察两组患者晨僵、关节疼痛情况、关节功能等临床指标,血沉、C-反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白等实验室指标,影像学变化及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组为76.25%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。除对照组枕-墙距治疗前后无明显变化外,两组患者其他临床指标和实验室指标均较治疗前改善(P0.05或P0.01),且治疗组治疗后晨僵时间、外周疼痛关节数、血沉、C-反应蛋白等指标与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);治疗前后骶髂关节X线变化,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组发生不良反应较对照组少(P0.05)。结论舒督补肾方联合柳氮磺吡啶、醋氯芬酸胶囊治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎优于西药治疗,且不良反应少。
