摘    要:本实验采用家兔髂动脉粥样硬化模型,研究血府逐瘀浓缩丸(简称浓缩丸)对经皮血管腔内成形术(PTA)后再狭窄的影响,结果显示:PTA后4周家兔髂动脉管腔直径,浓缩丸大剂量组明显大于空白对照组和美降脂组(P

Abstract:Rabbit model of arteriosckrosis of iliac artery was used in this experiment. Results showed: after 4 weeks of PTA operation, the calibre of the artery in large dose concentrated pill (LCP) group was obviously larger than that of the western drug group and Lovastatin group (P<0. 01 andP<0. 001). For the rate of restenosis at the site of vessel lesion, the LCP group was obviously lower than that of the blank control group (P<0. 005). For the thickness of iliac arterial intima, the LCP group was markedly smaller that of the Lovastatin and blank control groups (P<0. 01-P < 0. 001). By transmission electro - microscopic observation, the organelle in the vascular smooth muscle cells in LCP and small - duo group contained myofilaments well differentiated, while those in the Lovastatin and blank control groups were much more and in proliferated condition. The level of blood lipids in all 4 groups A weeks after PTA operation showed no significant difference.
