| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补肾养血活血法在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程中对超促排卵反应、子宫内膜改善及临床妊娠率的影响.方法 将63例接受体外受精-胚胎移植的患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(32例),对照组采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂/基因重组人促卵泡激素/人绝经后促件腺激素/人绒毛膜促性腺激素(GnRHa/r-FSH/HMG/HCG)方案.治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上分阶段服用补肾养血活血中药,观察两组促性腺激素(Gn)的用量及子宫内膜厚度、计算取卵数、测定优质卵率、观察受精率、计算优质胚胎率和妊娠率. 结果 治疗组可以减少促性腺激素的用量(P＜0.01),提高子宫内膜的厚度(P＜0.05);而且在提高优质卵率、受精率、优质胚胎率及最终提高妊娠率方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 补肾养血活血法可以促排卵、健内膜、辅助胚胎着床,联合体外受精-胚胎移植可以提高妊娠率.
