| 摘 要： | 目的 研究胃黏膜肥大细胞（mast cell,MC）与胃病流行病学因素的关系.方法 对320例胃镜受检者进行胃病流行病学资料调查,对患者胃黏膜MC进行免疫组织染色及计数,分析不同流行病学因素中MC的分布特点.结果 ①胃病组胃黏膜MC及其脱颗粒明显高于正常组;② H.pylori感染、饮酒、吸烟、焦虑、喜咸食（高钠饮食）、过冷过热饮食与MC改变有相关性.结论 胃病流行病学因素可以通过激活胃黏膜MC引起胃黏膜炎性改变.

| Abstract: | Objective To research the relationship between mast cell （MC） and epidemiologic factors of stomach disease. Methods The epidemiology date of 320 people who were inspected by gastroseope was investigated, their inju- ries was dyed by immunohistochemistry methods and the number of MC was counted by pathologyexper then the distribu- tion of MC was analyzed in different epidemiologic factors. Results （1） The number and degranulation gastric mucosa MC in stomach disease group showed higher than the normal group. （2） Infection of H. pylori, alcohol drinking, smok- ing, anxious, diet high-sodium, superheating-supercooling diet were correlated with the change of MC. Conclusion Epidemiology of gastric disease may injure gastric mucosa by the activation of MC. |
