| 摘 要： | 内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)已逐渐成为治疗性ERCP,困难插管是治疗性ERCP的常见难题,解决困难插管的常用方法之一即预切开术,根据具体情况选择不同的预切开术可提高插管成功率、降低并发症发生率等,本文主要阐述不同预切开术在困难插管时的应用、插管成功率、并发症发生率及注意事项。
