| 摘 要： | 2005年BavenoⅣ工作组讨论了门脉高压静脉曲张出血相关的一些定义和标准、门脉高压治疗的选择、今后研究的方法学要求等，所达成的共识意见和所依赖的证据均用循证医学Oxford系统进行了分级，证据可靠水平从高到低为1．5级，共识建议的可信性从高到低分为A—D4级。
