| 摘 要： | 目的探讨朊蛋白(PrPC)在胰腺癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测PrPC在胰腺癌及其对应正常胰腺组织的表达,分析其表达强度与性别、分化、临床分期及转移等临床病理资料之间的关系。结果PrPC在胰腺癌组织中和正常胰腺组织中的表达有显著差异;在高分化胰腺癌组织中表达明显低于中、低分化肿瘤组织,在转移组阳性表达高于非转移组(P0.05),但在性别间差异没有统计学意义。结论PrPC在胰腺癌中表达与其发生、临床分期及转移密切相关,在其发生发展中可能起着重要作用,有望作为早期诊断及靶向治疗的分子标记。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the difference of PrPC expression in pancreatic cancer and matched non-cancer tissues, and analyze the relationship between PrPC expression in cancer tissues with clinical profile.
