胃宁口服液治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床观察

目的:观察胃宁口服液对慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:选择210例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,治疗组150例,采用胃宁口服液治疗;对照组60例,采用雷尼替丁胶囊治疗.疗程30 d,观察疗效和不良反应.结果:治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为89.33%和61.67%;抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)有效率分别为78.30%和34.15%;停药后1年复发率分别为29.63%和71.43%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应.结论:胃宁口服液治疗慢性浅表性胃炎效果显著,无明显不良反应.

Clinical Observation of Weining Oral Liquid in Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect o f Weining oral liquid (WOL, the ingredient is houttuynia cordata) on superficial gastritis.Methods:Two hundred and ten cases with superficial gastritis were divided into two groups at random. One hundred and fi fty cases were treated with WOL as treatment group and sixty cases with Ranitid ine capsule as control group. After 30 days, clinical effect and adverse drug re action were observed. Results: Total effective rat e of the treatment group and the control group was 89.33% and 63.67% respectivel y, effective rate of restraining helicobacter pylori was 78.30 % and 34.15%, and reoccurring rate after ceasing the administration for one year was 29.63% and 7 1.43% respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.0 5). During the course of the treatment, no evident drug toxicity and side effect was observed.Conclusion: WOL can treat chronic su perficial gastritis with obvious effect and no evident drug toxicity or side eff ect.
