| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中药对糖源性腹泻(SID)患儿肠乳糖水平的影响.方法]将120例SID患儿随机分为中药治疗(A)组、去乳糖饮食治疗(B)组和西药治疗(C)组;另抽取40例非SID患儿作为D组,予中药治疗.观察各组病例止泻天数和治疗前后肠乳糖水平的变化,进行比较.结果]在SID患儿中,A组的止泻天数及肠乳糖水平的下降明显优于C组;中药治疗SID的止泻天数明显短于治疗非SID的止泻天数.结论]中药能促进肠乳糖分解,降低肠乳糖水平,缓解临床症状,缩短SID患儿病程.

| Abstract: | Objective] To probe the influence of Chinese herbs on enteric lactose level of sugar induced diarrhea(SID) infants.Methods] One hundred and twenty SID patients were divided randomly into Chinese herb treatment group(group A),feeding without lactose treatment group(group B) and west medicine treatment group(group C).Besides,forty non-SID infants were given Chinese herbs as group D.Cure days and the change of enteric lactose level before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results] In SID patients,decrease of the course and enteric lactose level in group A was more obvious than group C,and cure days in group A were much shorter than in group D.Conclusion]Chinese herbs can accelerate the decomposition of enteric lactose,decrease the enteric lactose level,relieve the clinical symptoms and shorten the disease course. |
