| 摘 要： | 目的观察桑银降糖胶囊对体外培养猪胰岛细胞分泌功能的影响。方法体外分离纯化猪胰岛细胞进行单层细胞培养,链脲霉素（STZ）处理后分别与桑银降糖胶囊及其组分桑叶多糖、牛磺酸、银杏黄酮等共同孵育24、48 h,用放射免疫法检测培养液中胰岛素、C肽水平;光镜下观察细胞形态变化;MTT法检测胰岛细胞增殖情况。结果与其他组分比较,桑银降糖胶囊可明显提高培养液中胰岛素、C肽水平,胰岛β细胞数目明显增多。结论桑银降糖胶囊可减轻STZ对胰岛β细胞的损伤,促进胰岛细胞增殖,并使损伤的胰腺恢复正常功能,增强胰岛素的分泌功能。
