摘    要:目的对比观察4种烤瓷合金与复合树脂的粘接强度。方法选择临床常用的4种烤瓷合金(金合金、银钯合金、钛合金、镍铬合金),对其表面打磨、酸蚀后随机分为两组。实验组用硅烷偶联剂进行表面处理,对照组不处理,然后均用Voco Cimara崩瓷修复系统粘接修复。经37℃恒温水浴24 h后,用万能测试机测定合金与复合树脂的剪切强度,用扫描电镜观察剪切后的断面。结果实验组金合金、银钯合金、钛合金、镍铬合金与树脂粘接界面的剪切强度分别为(24.13±5.63)、(13.58±7.04)、(11.02±4.26)、(12.92±4.99)Mpa,对照组分别为(17.21±8.11)、(10.90±4.25)、(11.20±4.06)、(9.12±6.01)Mpa。两组比较,P均〈0.05;金合金与其他合金材料比较,P均〈0.01。电镜观察到所有合金与复合树脂的界面破坏,未发生复合树脂内聚断裂;在所有合金基底面可观察到打磨的浅沟纹状结构,除钛合金外均可观察到酸蚀的微孔。结论与银钯合金、钛合金、镍铬合金相比,金合金与复合树脂粘接强度最大。

Abstract:Objective To compare the bond strength between four kinds of common porcelain alloy and composite resin.Methods Metal plates were fabricated from Au-Pt,Pd-Ag,Ti-Ni and Ni-Cr alloys.The four different alloys which were etched and burnished were divided into experimental group and control group whether to be used silane coupling agent.Then the composite resin cylinders were bonded with Voco Cimara system.Bonded specimens were stored in 37 ℃ water for 24 hours,then they were subjected to shear force in a universal testing machine.Stress at failure was calculated in MPa.Results The shear bond strength between Au-Pt,Pd-Ag,Ti-Ni and Ni-Cr alloy and composite resin in experimental group were(24.13±5.63)、(13.58±7.04)、(11.02±4.26)、(12.92±4.99)Mpa respectively,and(17.21±8.11)、(10.90±4.25)、(11.20±4.06)、(9.12 ±6.01)Mpa in control group.The shear bond strength between Au-Pt,Pd-Ag,Ti-Ni and Ni-Cr alloy and composite resin in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05 all) and in experimental groups,At-Pt alloy showed highest shear bond strengths(P0.01 all).all sectional surface were at the interface.Conclusion Bonding to noble metal alloy(At-Pt) seems to be more easy and showed higher shear bond strengths than the other alloys.
