幽门螺杆菌感染对2型糖尿病患者踝臂指数及脉搏波传导速度的影响

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者踝-肱脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及踝臂指数(ABI)的影响。方法:本研究通过对195例患者进行13碳尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)以评估Hp感染与否,将患者分为感染组及非感染组,同时测定各组患者baPWV、ABI、年龄、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、LDL-C、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、TC及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等水平进行比较。结果:Hp感染组双侧baPWV均明显高于非感染组,但对ABI无明显影响;Hp感染组DOB值与双侧baPWV均呈正相关,年龄、DOB值是baPWV的独立影响因素。结论:Hp感染与T2DM患者baPWV的升高具有相关性,提示动脉粥样硬化的发生与Hp感染有关。

Effects of helicobacter pylori infection on brachia1-ankle pulse wave velocity and ankle-brachial index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective： To explore the effects of helicobacter pylori infection on brachia1-ankle pulse wave velocity（ baPWV） and ankle-brachial index（ ABI） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）.Methods： This study enrolled 195 patients.13C-Urea Breath Test（ 13C-UBT） was used to assess Hp infection or not. Based on the results of the breath test,patients were divided into infection-positive group and infectionnegative group. Automatic measuring system was applied to examine baPWV and ABI. HCY,LDL-C,FBG,TC and hs-CRP were collected in all patients. Results： Compared with the Hp infection-negative group,the level of baPWV was significantly increased in Hp infection-positive group（ P〈0.05）,but Hp infection was of no significant effect on ABI. baPWV was significantly correlated with the level of delta over baseline（ DOB） in Hp infection-positive group. Both the level of DOB and age were the independent influence factors baPWV in T2 DM. Conclusion： Hp infection was significantly correlated with increased levels of baPWV in patients with T2 DM. This study showed that Hp infection was correlated with atherosclerosis.
