| 摘 要： | 脑钠肽（BNP）又称B型利钠肽，在心血管疾病的诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面具有重要价值，是临床上与心血管疾病密切相关的一项生物化学指标。本文就BNP的一些生理特性及其在原发性高血压及其靶器官损害中的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is very important in cardiovascular disease diagnosis,treatment and prognosis,and also is a biochemical index closely related with cardiovascular disease in clinic. The review summarized some physiological characteristics of BNP and some research progresses in essential hypertension target-organ damage. |
