摘    要:采用RT-PCR及原位杂交观察糖尿病大鼠心肌肾上腺髓质素(ADM)表达水平及依那普利的干预作用。发现糖尿病大鼠心肌ADM表达增强,依那普利减低其表达。ADM在糖尿病心肌病变的发生中町能发挥重要作用。

Abstract:RT-PCR and in-situ hybridization(ISH) were performed to observe the myocardial adrenomedullin(ADM) and its mRNA expression level and the therapeutic effect of enalapril treat-ment in STZ-induced diabetic rats.Results indicated that the myocardial ADM expression level in-creased in diabetic rats and enalapril intervention could reverse this process,suggesting that ADM may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
