| 摘 要： | 我院１９６５年至１９９３年间，共检出心脏原发肿瘤２３６例，其中１６例为非粘液性肿瘤，占同期心脏原发肿瘤的６．８％。包括脉管瘤７例，间叶细胞瘤５例，间皮细胞瘤、脂肪瘤、横纹肌肉瘤及纤维弹力瘤各１例。良性和恶性肿瘤各８例。

| Abstract: | The morphology of 16 non-myxomic primary tumors(8 benign and 8 malignant) in the heart was studied. There were 13 males and 3 females aged 2 to 45(mean 30. 5) years. Among them 6(37. 50%) were located in the right atrium, 4(25. 00%) in the left ventricle, 5(31. 25%) in the right ventricle, only 1(6.25%) in the left atrium. According to the histologic features, the tumors included 4 hemangiomas, 3 lymphangiomas, 5 mesenchymomas, one of each of mesothelioma, lipoma, rhabdomyosarcoma and fibroelastoma. The margin of all tumors except two showed interlocking with the heart tissue, that might result in difficulty for resection of the tumor. |
