| 摘 要： | 目的探讨耳压加经颅磁刺激治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将98例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组，治疗组53例采用耳压加经颅磁刺激治疗，对照组45例采用药物治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率和好转率都高于对照组，2组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）．结论耳压加经颅磁刺激治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著，可以在临床推广。
