| 摘 要： | 目的研究下肢穴位按摩对脑卒中偏瘫病人膝过伸的影响。方法 98例急性脑卒中偏瘫病人随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(48例)。观察组病人给予45 d的规范的康复治疗,并给予下肢穴位按摩,对照组病人只给予45 d的规范康复治疗。结果入组45 d时,观察组病人膝过伸发生率为16.0%低于对照组的33.3%(P<0.05)。结论下肢穴位按摩可以有效防止膝过伸的发生。
