| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭急性发作期的中医证候要素及其地位和作用。方法采用中医证候调查量表对217例慢性心力衰竭患者进行前瞻性调查研究,建立慢性心力衰竭证候信息数据库,采用多元统计方法进行统计分析。结果慢性心力衰竭急性发作期中医证候的病性要素以气虚、阳虚、痰浊、血瘀为主,病位要素与心、脾、肺、肾、肝相关,不同时期表现为不同病性要素与病位的结合。结论慢性心力衰竭急性发作期的中医证候特点为五脏相关,痰瘀相关。
