| 摘 要： | 目的观察益心舒胶囊对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法将110例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。对照组52例,采用西医规范治疗;治疗组58例,在西医治疗基础上加用益心舒胶囊治疗。疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、应用超声心动图(UCG)测定治疗前后心脏舒张功能指标、6 min步行试验(6MWT),评价患者活动耐量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为89.7%,优于对照组的78.8%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状积分、超声心动图指标、6 min步行试验结果均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上联合益心舒胶囊治疗舒张性心力衰竭,疗效优于单纯西医治疗。
