| 摘 要： | HCV是慢性肝病的致病因素之一,自从直接抗病毒药物(direct-acting antiviral agent,DAA)相继上市以来,慢性丙型肝炎的治疗领域发生了迅猛的变化,所有慢性丙型肝炎患者似乎都可以通过DAA来"治愈"。然而我们也必须清楚的意识到HCV的清除并不能代表慢性HCV感染相关性肝病的治愈,本文就治愈丙型肝炎道路上面临的机遇与挑战作一评述。

| Abstract: | Hepatitis C virus is a major cause for chronic liver diseases. The treatment of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) has been changing rapidly since direct-acting antiviral agent (DAA) is subsequently approved for market. CHC patients at all stages can almost be"cured" by DAA. However, we must realize that the eradication of CHC infection doesn't mean the curing of CHC-related liver diseases. This paper aims to review the challenges of opportunities of the approach to cure CHC. |
