干细胞治疗终末期肝病的临床研究进展

近年来,随着对干细胞和再生医学领域研究的深入,基于干细胞的组织损伤修复以及免疫调节等生物学功能,干细胞在终末期肝病的治疗作用越来越受到关注.目前,临床上开展的不同来源干细胞治疗终末期肝病临床研究取得了重大进展,在终末期肝病治疗方面展现出良好的效果,其中常用的干细胞是间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)和骨髓干细胞(bone marrow stem cells,BMSCs).本文就MSCs和BMSCs在治疗终末期肝病的临床研究中的相关机制、研究进展和存在问题进行简述,以期进一步推进干细胞在重症肝病治疗中的应用.

Clinical study progress of stem cell therapy for end-stage liver disease

In recent years, with the deepening research on stem cells and regenerative medicine, stem cells have attracted increasing attention in the treatment of end-stage liver disease based on their biological functions such as tissue damage repair and immune regulation. At present, great progress has been made in clinical studies on the treatment of end-stage liver disease with stem cells from different sources, which have shown good efficacy in the treatment of end-stage liver disease. The commonly used stem cells are mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs). This review summarizes the mechanism, research progresses and existing problems of MSCs and BMSCs in clinical studies of end-stage liver disease, with the expectations to promote the application of stem cells in the treatment of severe liver disease.
