| 摘 要： | 目的 分析影响团注跟踪法下肢动脉造影术影像质量的因素,探讨下肢动脉造影质量控制措施.方法 选取采用团注跟踪法造影技术的下肢血管造影患者67例、影像序列154个,分析引起造影失败或影像不合格的原因.结果 下肢动脉造影失败影像主要表现为移动伪影、饱和伪影和血管显示不佳三个方面,154个序列中存在不同程度移动伪影的序列有17个(造影序列6个,蒙片序列11个),过度曝光导致饱和状伪影的序列有17个(造影序列9个,蒙片序列8个),81个造影序列中血管内造影剂显示不佳导致无法诊断的序列有10个.结论 有效固定患肢防止移动伪影,合理放置橡皮楔减少饱和状伪影,合适的注射速度和剂量,熟练操作,医技护患相互密切配合是造影成功的关键.
