血浆致动脉硬化指数的临床研究进展

动脉粥样硬化作为大血管疾病原发病变的关键因素,研究证实血脂异常在动脉粥样硬化进程中有着非常重要的作用。目前大量国内外的研究表明,血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)与心血管疾病、动脉粥样硬化等慢性疾病密切相关,AIP作为一种新型综合性血脂指标,对早期心血管风险、代谢综合征、慢性肾脏病及免疫相关疾病等常见临床疾病均具有预测价值。本综述旨在总结AIP在临床方面的研究进展及其应用价值。

Research progress of atherogenic index of plasma in atherosclerosis related diseases

Atherosclerosis (As) is a key factor in the primary lesions of macrovascular diseases, and dyslipidemia plays a very important role in the process of As. At present, a large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) is closely related to cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis and other chronic diseases. It is considered that AIP, as a new comprehensive blood lipid index, has predictive value for early cardiovascular risk, metabolic syndrome, chronic kidney disease, immune-related diseases and other common clinical diseases. The purpose of this review is to summarize the clinical research progress of AIP.
