| 摘 要： | 采用彩色多普勒二维超声心动图观察初发风湿热和复发风湿热的心脏超声变化,旨在评价超声心动图对风湿热风湿性心脏炎诊断的价值。本文收集初发风湿热17例(组1),复发风湿热48例(组2),风心病静止期57例(组3)。超声结果发现:二尖瓣返流是风湿性心脏炎最常见的表现,组1(93％),组2(75％),组3(44％),且重度二尖瓣返流较多见,组2(25％),组3(7％);瓣膜小结节是风湿性心瓣膜炎特异性改变,组1(23％),组2(27％),而在组3未见到;心包积液在复发风湿热组较多见,组2(29％),组3(11％)。结论:在结合临床的基础上,彩色多普勒二维超声心动图对风湿热风湿性心脏炎的诊断有帮助。

| Abstract: | To assess the echocardiographic role in the diagnosis of rheumatic cardi-tis, the patients with acute rheumatic fever (Group 1, n = 17), recurrent rheumatic fever (group 2, n =48), and chronic quiescent rheumatic heart disease (group 3, n = 57) were investigated by echocardiography. The results showed that mitral regurgita-tion was the most commen feature in gruop 1 ( 93 % ) and group 2 ( 75 % ), but group 3 (44%). Valvular nodules were specific in rheumatic carditis, but gruop 1 (23%) and group 2 (27%) were found. Pericardial effusion was more common in group 2 (22%) than in group 3 (11%). Conclusion: in combination with clinical findings, echocardiography can help to diagnose the rheumatic carditis. |
