摘    要:目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染后胃粘液细胞游离面及粘液上皮基底膜中阴离子分布的变化.方法利用PEI作为阳离子探针,对10例Hp感染者的活检胃粘膜进行观察.结果胃粘液细胞游离面常有排列紧密的PEI标记物,而细胞间隙中PEI标记常阴性或仅有少量.Hp感染后,部分胃粘液细胞膜上PEI标记减少或缺失,细胞间隙中PEI标记明显增多,有时某些细胞器上亦有PEI标记.基底膜中PEI标记为15nm~20nm致密颗粒以35nm~80nm的间距有序排列,炎症细胞浸润破坏基底膜时,其PEI标记稀疏或中断.结论细胞膜上阴离子分布的改变在Hp致病中可能起一定的作用.

Abstract:AIM To study the distribution of anionic sites on the surface of mucous cells and their basement membrane after Helicobacter pylori infection. METHODS Polyethylenoimine (PEI) was used as a cationic tracer in the ultrastructure study on the antral biopsy specimens which were taken from 10 Hp infected cases. RESULTS PEI labellings were consistently observed on the surface of mucous cells, and few PEI particles were dispersed in the intercellular spaces. But after Hp infection, PEI labellings on the surface of mucous cells decreased while the labellings in the intercellular spaces as well as on the surface of the organelles increased. Usually, PEI particles about 15nm - 20nm in diameter were regularly arranged on the basement membranes of mucous cells at intervals of 35nm - 80nm , but the labellings were often irregularly and loosely arranged on the basement membrane after it was changed by migrating inflammatory cells. CONCLUSION The changes of the anionic sites on the surface of gastric mucous cells after Hp infection may play a role in the pathogenesis of Hp related diseases.
