Seldinger置管法腹腔引流术治疗重症胰腺炎20例

目的:探讨Seldinger置管法腹腔引流术治疗重症胰腺炎的疗效.方法:用中心静脉导管Seldinger置管法腹腔弓流术治疗非胆源性重症胰腺炎20例.结果:20例患者未经手术,17例患者2-8 d后腹部症状减轻,血尿淀粉酶下降至正常,病情好转,1例患者死亡,2例患者因住院经费问题自动出院,死亡率为5.89%.结论:Seldinger置管法腹腔引流术可作为重症胰腺炎非手术引流方法.

Drainage of an abscess cavity using the Seldinger technique for the treatment of 20 cases of severe acute pancreatitis

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of drainage of an abscess cavity using the Seldinger technique for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. METHODS:Twenty patients diagnosed with se- vere acute pancreatitis were treated by drainage of the abscess cavity using the Seldinger tech- nique. RESULTS:Symptoms in 17 patients were allevi- ated after 2 to 8 d;the amylase levels in blood and urine decreased to normal levels in these patients.One patient died,while the other two left the hospital due to financial reasons.The death rate was 5.89%. CONCLUSION:Drainage of abscess cavities us- ing the Seldinger technique is an effective non- surgical treatment for severe acute pancreatitis.
