| 摘 要： | 细胞因子在艾滋病病毒Ⅰ型（HIV-1）感染的发病机制中发挥着重要作用。许多研究表明，在HIV／猴免疫缺陷病毒（SIV）感染的急性期，细胞因子可以影响几个月后的病毒调定点，而后者将影响慢性期病情进展和病毒传播。在感染急性期，早期细胞因子环境可能是疫苗研发和感染治疗的一个新靶标。文章重点对急性HIV-1／SIV感染期的细胞因子动力学和功能及其对病毒调定点的影响进行综述，这将有利于理解急性HIV-1感染期细胞因子的作用，并为防治策略的制定提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Cytokines play a central role in the pathogenesis of HIV. A number of studies have shown that cyto- kines in acute stage of infection may affect viral set-point months later, and this is of critical importance since viral set-point during chronic HIV infection affects virus transmission and disease progression. Modulating the cytokine environment during acute HIV infection can be a target for novel approaches to develop a vaccine and therapeutics. In this review, we focus on the dynamics and functions of cytokines in acute infection of HIV/SIV, and how they af- fect virus set-point, which will help to understand the role of cytokines in HIV-1 infection and provide new insights into control strategy. |
