高龄患者周围动脉闭塞性疾病的外科治疗经验

目的　探讨 80岁以上高龄患者的周围血管疾病外科治疗的可行性。方法　对 30例 80岁以上高龄的急、慢性周围动脉闭塞患者的血管外科治疗进行回顾性分析。结果　 30例患者共施周围血管手术 32例次 ,术后 30d内病死率为 16 .7% (5 30 ) ,肢体保全率为 71.9% (2 3 32 )。其中急诊死亡为 2 7.3% (3 11) ,择期死亡为 10 .5 3% (2 19)。随访 2 4个月 ,全组生存率为 76 .7% (2 3 30 ) ,肢体保全率为 6 5 .6 % (2 1 32 )。结论　对经选择的 80岁以上患者施行周围血管手术是可行的 ,术后死亡率低 ,远期效果良好。

The experience in surgical treatment of obliterating disease of peripheral artery in patients of advanced age

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of peripheral vascular surgery in patients of over 80 years of age.Methods Thirty patients of over 80 years of age who suffered from acute or chronic arterial occlusion and had undergone peripheral vascular surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results Thirty two vascular surgical procedures were performed in the 30 cases.Postoperative 30 day mortality rate was 16.7% (5/30),and limb salvage rate was 71.9% (23/32) for all the cases.The 30 day mortality rate was 27.3% (3/11) in emergency and 10.53% (2/19) in planned surgical procedures.The 24 month survival and limb savage rates was 76.7% (23/30) and 65.6% (21/32) respectively for all the cases.Conclusions For patients of over 80 years of age, peripheral vascular surgery is feasible with low postoperative mortality rates and good long term results.
