Moymaoya病样改变动物模型的实验观察

目的：探讨Moymaoya病与Moymaoya综合征在影像学及病理形态学上的异同点，并试图进行分类，方法：E和静脉注射马血清、颈局部注射马血清、颈动脉部分结扎和颈忆部注射去甲肾上腺素等4种方法，建立了4种Moymaoya病和Moymaoya综合征的实验动物模型，结果：4例动物模型在影像学及病理形态学上具备Moymaoya病的共同特点，但又有其各自不同的特征，结论L：Moymaoya病与免疫有关，而Moymaoya综合征是由其他原因引起的。

An experimental study on the Moyamoya disease and moyamoya syndrome

Objective To explore the similarities and differences in image and pathology between moyamoya disease and moyamoya syndrome.Methods Two experimental animal models of moyamoya disease were established by injection of normal horse serum into the veins or the neck regions near both common carotid arteries and two experimental animal models of moyamoya syndrome were established by narrowing of the common carotid arteries through silk ligature or injection of noradrenalin into the neck regions around both sides of the common carotid arteries.Results The four animal models had the features of moyamoya disease in image and pathology,but the features were different.Conclusion The immunological injury of common carotid artery could result in moyamoya disease,while other causes such as vasospasm,thrombosis could give rise to moyamoya syndrome.
