不稳定性心绞痛患者血浆白细胞介素-6和高敏C反应蛋白的变化

目的探讨不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化及其临床意义。方法连续选择UAP患者64例(UAP组),同期检查的稳定性心绞痛患者66例(SAP组),分析两组患者冠心病危险因素及血浆IL-6和hs-CRP水平。结果UAP组患者的空腹血糖、收缩压、TC、LDL-C、吸烟指数、血浆IL-6和hs-CRP浓度均明显高于SAP组。logistic逐步回归分析显示,血浆IL-6和hs-CRP浓度与UAP呈显著正相关。直线相关分析,UAP患者的血浆IL-6、hs-CRP水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度和Gensini积分呈显著正相关,同时UAP患者血浆IL-6和hs-CRP水平之间也具有直线相关性。结论炎性因子IL-6与hs-CRP是UAP发病的独立危险因素。

Changes of plasma interlekin-6 and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significances of interlekin-6(IL-6) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 130 consecutive patients diagnosed as angina pectoris by coronary angiography were selected.Among them there were 64 patients with UAP and 66 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP).The serum levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP were measured.Results The mean serum levels of fasting plasma glucose,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,smoking index,plasma IL-6,hs-CRP level and systolic blood pressure in UAP group were significantly higher than those in SAP group.Logistic regression analysis of the 7 outcome parameters revealed that serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were positively correlated to UAP.Linear regression analysis showed that serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were positively correlated with severity or areas of coronary artery stenosis and Gensini score,and serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated to serum level of IL-6 in UAP patients.Conclusion Inflammatory factors IL-6 and hs-CRP may be independent risk factors for UAP.
